I was raised in Southern California, surfed the coast from Santa Barbara to Mexico in my teens, owned a ranch in Sonoma County in the early 80’s  and dearly love the state of California.

I am an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker, which means I only work with Buyers and never list properties.  I never represent sellers and practice under the same fiduciary responsibilities as my client’s personal attorney or CPA.

My office is in the wonderful town of Seal Beach, in the middle of what many call the Gold Coast of California, Malibu to La Jolla.

From my desk I look out across the Seal Beach Pier to Catalina Island and up the coast to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.  If I turn around and it is a clear day, I can see the San Gabriel Mountains. 

I am uniquely qualified to assist the buyer in selecting from the varied luxury communities and life-styles available in Southern California, be it a beach house in Malibu, a mansion in the “flats” of Beverly Hills, or a waterfront home in Newport Beach with its own boat dock.

The #1 Advantage of utilizing my services is the fact that 40-60% of my Luxury Home closings are unlisted properties!

If I cannot find the home that my clients are looking for in the regular market place, I get on the phone and call the top Luxury Home Listing Brokers in the client’s area of interest.

All of the Luxury Home Listing Brokers know that I do not take listings, therefore they are willing to show me their “pocket” listings and client properties that are not on the open market. Luxury Home Brokers guard these “pocket” listings very jealously and will usually not share them with other brokers. 

I provide them with a non-disclosure agreement, preview the property with them, and if it meets my client’s criteria, I set up an appointment to show the property to my clients.  If they like it, we write an offer on the property with a full listing commission to the broker that made me aware of the property.
