I was raised in Southern California, surfed the
coast from Santa Barbara to Mexico in my teens, owned a ranch in Sonoma
County in the early 80’s and dearly love the state of California.
I am an Exclusive Buyer’s Broker, which means I
only work with Buyers and never list properties. I never represent sellers
and practice under the same fiduciary responsibilities as my client’s
personal attorney or CPA.
My office is in the wonderful town of Seal Beach,
in the middle of what many call the Gold Coast of California, Malibu to La
Jolla.
From my desk I look out across the Seal Beach Pier
to Catalina Island and up the coast to the Palos Verdes Peninsula. If I
turn around and it is a clear day, I can see the San Gabriel Mountains.

listings and client properties that are not on the open market. Luxury Home

preview the property with them, and if it meets my client’s criteria, I set
up an appointment to show the property to my clients. If they like it, we

that made me aware of the property.
